By putting forth love and mercy we can reach those women that are lost and hungry for hope, and a second chance can be reached through the programs and services provided that will inspire them to breakthrough their barriers of fear, doubt, and insecurity; and empower them through new found hope to reach for their dream and become a positive and effective influence within their sphere of influence.
